Neighbourhood Plan

Parish Plans have now been superseded by Neighbourhood Plans that aim to shape the development and growth of towns and villages in line with the needs and wishes of the community.

The Parish Council would like to start the process of creating a Neighbourhood Plan for Kingston Bagpuize with Southmoor, and is looking for local residents to volunteer their time and energy.
